We are looking for individuals who are obsessed with efficiency. Payefy is a high-performance environment. We do not micromanage; we expect ownership. Most roles are Remote, but we have a physical presence at the FUOYE Innovation Hub.
Remote
We need a visual storyteller. You will design our marketing assets, social media visuals, and in-app illustrations. You must understand the "Payefy Aesthetic"—minimalist, corporate, yet youthful. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite is non-negotiable.
Remote
You are the first line of defense. You will manage the helpdesk.payefy@gmail.com queue. Responsibilities include resolving failed transactions, answering merchant inquiries, and escalating bugs to the engineering team. Requires flawless written English and high emotional intelligence.
On-Site (Oye-Ekiti)
You will manage the hardware infrastructure at the Payefy Tech Hub (Innovation Hub). Responsibilities include network troubleshooting, device management for testing, and assisting with on-ground activations during clearance weeks.
Remote
Join our engineering core. You will work on the Merchant Dashboard and the Public API documentation. Must have experience with Next.js 14, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
